looking for a nice toshiba laptop (preferably under 1000.00 u.s. dollars) for my new college student. what do you think of the toshiba p305-58820? Is a 17 in. screen too wide for use with desks at college? will it be too heavy for my petite (5'2") daughter?

Any pros/cons of this notebook will be greatly appreciated...thanks
